Hours and regulations of Hammam Rituels d’Orient

WHAT TO BRING?
If your treatments or Ritual include the use of the Hammam, you only need to bring a swimsuit or bikini. In our changing rooms, you will find a bathrobe, towel, slippers, and pareo. If you do not have a swimsuit, you may purchase one at reception.

PUNCTUALITY
We kindly ask you to arrive at the spa 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure the treatment begins promptly. In the event of a late arrival, it may be necessary to shorten the treatment time to respect the schedule of subsequent bookings.

WELL-BEING
We are an exclusive Hammam spa in Barcelona, dedicated to providing relaxation in an atmosphere of calm and total disconnection. Therefore, we kindly ask that you speak softly within the premises and leave your mobile phone in the locker, turned off or on silent.

HEALTH
For your well-being and the optimal enjoyment of the treatments at the Rituels d’Orient Hammam spa, please inform us of your health status at the time of booking.

If you are pregnant, the Turkish bath circuit is prohibited due to the risks associated with exposure to high temperatures. Additionally, some treatments use essential oils that are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, please contact us so we can advise you on the most suitable treatments for this special time.

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to modify or cancel your appointment with us, we would appreciate it if you could inform us as far in advance as possible so that we may offer the slot to other clients. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required (48 hours for groups of more than 4 people). Otherwise, 100% of the total value of the reserved treatments will be charged. In the case of a gift voucher or pass, it will lose its value.
