At our spa, you may enjoy Rituals, treatments, and massages that include prior access to the hammam and its traditional treatments, or you may choose those treatments exclusively, without needing to access the circuit.

The Hammam Rituals are packages that always include the hammam circuit and are designed to guide our clients in choosing their treatments as they begin their hammam experience. They also offer a small price adjustment. Our rituals include the Basic Hammam Ritual, the Al Medina Ritual, the Oriental Ritual, the Marrakech Elixir Ritual, among others.
No, the Hammam Session must always be combined with one of our treatments or massages. At a minimum, you would need to choose the Basic Hammam Ritual (Hammam Session + Oriental Exfoliation with Black Soap and Kessa glove) or any combination of a massage with a prior Hammam Session
As for the Hammam Rituals, the most popular are the “Al Medina Ritual”, the “Sultans’ Ritual”, and the “Marrakech Elixir Ritual”. Among the à la carte treatments, the most in demand are the “Supreme Argan Massage”, the “Caliph Deep Tissue Massage”, and the “Oriental Massage”, as well as the Kahina facial treatment.
The Hammam is the ancestral Turkish bath circuit, as found in Morocco or Turkey. It is a circuit of rooms with progressively increasing temperatures and humidity levels between 37 and 46 degrees, and 80% to 100% humidity, in which water temperature contrasts are used to help you tolerate these temperatures.
During your time in the hammam, you may cool down using the elegant traditional metal bowls available in each room, with which you can pour fresh water over your body as is done in traditional hammams. You may also immerse yourself in our small cold-water pool, creating a thermal contrast that stimulates circulation and allows you to extend your time in the warmer areas. These temperature contrasts are essential to fully enjoy the therapeutic benefits of the hammam.

The benefits of the hammam are numerous:

The hammam perfectly prepares the skin for the traditional Oriental Exfoliation, making it more effective by removing dead skin cells. Combined with a subsequent massage, it allows you to fully enjoy the treatment from the very first minute, as the muscles are relaxed and the mind is in a calm state, thereby maximising the therapeutic benefits of both experiences.
The standard duration of the hammam session is approximately 45 minutes. This is the ideal time to relax the muscles, open the skin’s pores, and enjoy its benefits optimally. This time can be adjusted, with a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 1 hour. You may request this when making your booking.
The hammam circuit is a shared, mixed space for both men and women, and wearing a swimsuit is mandatory. There are no women-only or men-only time slots.
No. The hammam is contraindicated during pregnancy mainly because exposure to high temperatures can cause hyperthermia, which may negatively affect fetal development.
However, depending on how far along you are, you may choose our Mammahtubi prenatal massage and other body or facial treatments. We accompany many expectant mothers during this very special period.

Select the desired treatments for each person, along with the ideal day and time, and provide your contact details. Once received, we will send you a proposal with the best day and time option, according to our availability. To confirm your booking, you will then need to provide a card number (Visa, Mastercard) or the gift voucher/credit note number to be redeemed as a guarantee.

Weekends tend to fill up quickly, as do same-day appointments.
Each ritual or treatment has limited availability, so we suggest making your booking as far in advance as possible.
If you have sent an online booking request and have not yet received a response, follow these steps:
-Check your inbox and junk mail: Sometimes emails may end up in the spam folder. Be sure to check all your email folders.
-Confirm that you received a copy of your request:
>If you received a copy, it means the team has received your request correctly and is working on it.
>If you did not receive the copy, we recommend sending a new request, making sure you enter your email address correctly.
-Please keep response times in mind:
>The team usually responds to requests within a few hours, and at most within 24 hours with a pre-booking proposal.
>If this time has already passed, we suggest writing to us at info@rituelsdorient.com or calling us at +34 934191472 during our opening hours (Tuesday to Sunday, from 11:00 to 21:00, and until 22:00 on Fridays and Saturdays).
To modify or cancel your booking, you must send an email to info@rituelsdorient.com with your booking reference.
The deadline to cancel or modify a booking without penalty is at least 24 hours in advance, and 48 hours for groups of more than 4 people.
If these deadlines are not met, 100% of the total booked value will be charged. In the case of gift vouchers or credit notes, they will lose their validity if the indicated cancellation deadline is not respected.
- If your treatments or Ritual include use of the Hammam, you only need to bring a swimsuit or bikini.
In our changing room you will have a personal locker with a bathrobe, towel, slippers, flip-flops, and a sarong. If you do not have a swimsuit, you may purchase one at reception for €12.00.
If your treatment does not include the Hammam, you do not need to bring anything. We will provide disposable underwear for your in-cabin treatment or massage.
In our changing room, you will find hair dryers.

We do not have a specific space to store suitcases or scooters, so we cannot be held responsible for them. For this reason, we recommend finding an alternative solution. In any case, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance, and we will do our best to help you in the best possible way.

To ensure you enjoy the treatments to the fullest, it is important that you inform us about your health condition when making your booking.
If you are pregnant, access to the hammam is not permitted due to exposure to high temperatures. In addition, some treatments with essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please contact us and we will be pleased to advise you on the most suitable options for you during this very special stage.
Yes, all our Rituals and treatments are designed to be enjoyed as a couple. We offer shared experiences that will allow you to relax and connect together.
The Hammam Rituals, with or without a massage, provide an intimate, shared experience. You will begin with the hammam circuit together for 45 minutes. Afterwards, you may enjoy the traditional hammam treatments such as Oriental exfoliation and/or the Rhassoul wrap, provided in the same area on marble benches, side by side.
If the ritual includes a massage, you will be attended to simultaneously and will continue the ritual in individual cabins or a double cabin. This is the only time you may be separated, depending on your choice.
At the end of the in-cabin treatments, you will meet again in our famous relaxation room, where you may savour a mint tea and an authentic Arabic sweet.
Rituals for two such as the “Sultans’ Ritual”, the “Shea Secrets Ritual”, and the “Shea Secrets” massage for two include use of the double cabin at no additional cost. For other treatments and rituals, the double cabin is available with a supplement.
Yes, use of the double cabin is included in some treatments (Shea Secrets Massage) or Rituals (Sultans’ Ritual and Shea Secrets Ritual) and is available as an option with a supplement for other treatments. The supplement varies depending on the duration of the treatment.
You may request it when making your online booking.
No, our hammam is shared. All our Rituals, including Rituals for two, include access to this circuit, which is shared with other clients. However, we always limit the number of people to preserve tranquillity.
You may purchase our gift vouchers online through our website or in person at our spa.
To buy online, choose the treatment you wish to purchase as a Gift Voucher, add it to the basket, enter the recipient’s details and delivery method, and place the order.
2 purchase options:
- Digital version: You will receive the gift voucher in PDF format immediately after payment, and you may email it or print it.
- Paper version: You may choose an elegant tri-fold delivered by post (at an additional cost of €8 and a maximum delivery time of 48 hours within mainland Spain) or collect it directly from our spa.
It is not possible to buy a gift voucher for a specific value in euros. Our gift vouchers are always associated with a specific treatment, which must be indicated at the time of purchase.
However, once the voucher has been gifted, the beneficiary may treat it as a value and exchange it for a treatment of their choice, paying the difference if necessary.
You may book directly on our website, www.rituelsdorient.com. Simply go to the section at the top titled “I HAVE A GIFT VOUCHER” and follow the indicated process, entering your gift voucher redemption number.
If you prefer to book treatments different from those included in your gift voucher, you may select the desired treatments from the booking module. During the process, you will have the option to enter your gift voucher number so that its value is deducted from the total of your booking.
-Higher-value treatments: If you choose treatments whose cost exceeds the value of your gift voucher, you will need to pay the difference on the day of your appointment.
-Lower-value treatments: If you choose lower-cost treatments, the difference will remain available as a balance for future bookings.
Gift vouchers are generally valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiry date is shown on the gift voucher itself. Validity may be extended by one additional month by paying 20% of its value, provided the request is made before the expiry date.

Yes, the gift voucher is always considered as a credit towards treatments. If the beneficiary prefers to modify or upgrade the treatment, they may do so by informing us when requesting their booking. If they choose a higher-value treatment, they must pay the difference; if they choose a lower-value treatment, the difference will remain as a balance to be redeemed.

Yes, gift vouchers are transferable. You may transfer your gift voucher to the person of your choice. To do so, you only need to email us at info@rituelsdorient.com indicating the name of the person who will use it in your place.
No. Once issued, gift vouchers are non-refundable. However, you have the option to modify the gifted treatment by paying the difference if necessary, and you may transfer the gift voucher to the person of your choice.
If you have misplaced your gift voucher, do not worry. Although it is essential to present a valid gift voucher to receive the treatments, we invite you to write to us at info@rituelsdorient.com. We will do our best to locate your voucher in our system and help you resolve the situation.
The minimum age to access the hammam area is 16. For treatments exclusively in-cabin, without the hammam circuit, the minimum age is 12, and the treatment will always be carried out in a double cabin with one parent receiving the same treatment. Minors are not permitted to access the spa unless accompanied by one of their parents.
Yes, we offer the option to choose between female and male therapists for all our services. When making your online booking, you may indicate your therapist gender preference in the “Message” section. Most of our therapists are women.
We always limit the number of people in our hammam area to preserve tranquillity. Although there is no fixed rule, the hours between 14:00 and 17:00 are usually the quietest, especially on weekdays.
We recommend considering our HAMMAM RITUALS. These are packages that combine several treatments: they offer a guided experience and allow for a small price adjustment.
